Child and Family Intervention Programs

Children and youth and their families who are experiencing mental health difficulties may benefit from the broad range of services offered through these programs.

Professionals assist families in identifying and addressing their child’s behavioral, social and/or emotional issues.

Children and/or youth referred to these programs must be under the age of eighteen (18) and reside within the District of Muskoka.  Referral can be made by telephone, mail or in person.  Participation in services is voluntary and consent is required.

Services provided include:

  • Individual and Family Assessment and Treatment
  • Group Programs
  • Parent Education and Training
  • School and Community Based Mental Health Services
  • Young Offenders Assessment and Intervention
  • Psychological Assessments
  • Psychiatric Assessments
  • Consultation
