The ISNC program is designed to provide an integrated network of mental health, special education and health services to children and their families who reside in the rural/remote communities of the Muskoka District. Referrals are made by parents, who are then put in contact with appropriate community services. Case Managers are assigned who are the primary link between the children, their families, the ISNC Resource Group (multidisciplinary specialized professionals, ie; psychiatry, psychology, special education, occupational / physical therapy, speech and language pathology) and the community service providers.
Family, Youth and Child Services of Muskoka is one of the ISNC sponsors in this District. The Family, Youth and Child Services of Muskoka ISNC program services include case management, coordination of services, assessment, intervention and consultation.
